2. Does Gaia Do Free Initial Consultations?
No. We understand that some do, but we feel that some of the most important work we do occurs during that initial consultation. You wouldn't expect to go to a doctor or a lawyer for a free consult, and the time and effort we have put into learning our craft are valuable. We do however guarantee that you will get your money's worth.
3. How Much Does It Cost to Remodel a Kitchen or Bath?
That's very difficult to say. The cost can vary greatly depending on the size of the room, the materials chosen, labor rates, and so on. As a VERY rough rule, a small bath using the quality of materials we feel comfortable using typically starts at about $15,000, and can go up to well over $50,000 if you want it to. A small and simple kitchen could perhaps be done for $50,000, but the room size and choices of appliances, cabinets, stone, etc., can easily drive costs up to over $100,000.
